Can you train regularly in West or South West London?

Exact venue, schedule and coaching format are discussed after your application. Consistency matters more than choosing the most impressive postcode.

More than supervision

You are not paying someone to count reps. You are paying for better decisions.

The value of in-person coaching is not being watched exercise. It is having the right detail noticed early: how you create force, where you compensate, what your symptoms are signalling, and whether today calls for progression or restraint.

Every session sits inside a wider plan. Strength, movement, power, conditioning, fuelling and recovery are coached as parts of the same system.

  1. 01Technique you can feelImmediate feedback helps you understand positions, intent and loading—not just copy a demonstration.
  2. 02Progression with contextThe session changes when your readiness, recovery or life stage changes, while the long-term direction stays clear.
  3. 03Capacity beyond the weights roomWe build the strength, power, mobility and cardiovascular fitness that support the life you actually want to live.
  4. 04Education without dependencyYou learn what we are doing and why, so confidence grows alongside performance.
Two ways to train

Choose the environment. Keep the same standard.

Both options use the same physiology-led, evidence-based methodology. The difference is the level of individual time, privacy and shared coaching.

1:1 coaching

Maximum individual attention

For women who want every session, progression and coaching decision centred on their needs.

  • Full movement and performance assessment
  • Individual programme and session coaching
  • Detailed technique and loading feedback
  • Recovery, fuelling and lifestyle support
  • Best suited to complex goals or health considerations

Small group · Up to 3:1

Individual coaching, shared energy

For women who value expert coaching and community, with a more accessible delivery model.

  • Maximum three clients in the session
  • Programming tailored to each member
  • Coaching on individual technique and progression
  • Same physiology-led approach as 1:1
  • Best suited to people who enjoy training alongside others

What gets coached

The session is one hour. The thinking extends far beyond it.

Movement and biomechanics

We assess how you move, create force and solve tasks, then coach the positions and strategies that serve your goal.

Strength and muscle

Progressive resistance training builds measurable capability, confidence and tissue capacity without chasing fatigue for its own sake.

Power and athleticism

Appropriate plyometrics, speed and power work develop qualities most women are rarely given the chance to train.

Mobility with a purpose

Mobility is integrated where it improves access, control or performance—not prescribed as an endless warm-up.

Cardiovascular fitness

Conditioning is built around your baseline and goal, from aerobic health to race preparation and everyday stamina.

Recovery and fuelling

Training is connected to sleep, stress, nutrition, symptoms and life-stage changes so the programme is recoverable as well as ambitious.

The pathway

From application to your first block.

Apply

Share your goals, training history, current challenges, location and whether you prefer 1:1 or small-group coaching.

Discovery call

If the location, needs and availability align, we discuss the right coaching route and make sure the relationship feels right on both sides.

Assessment

We establish a useful baseline: movement, current strength and fitness, training experience, relevant symptoms and the demands of your week.

Coach and progress

Your programme begins with clear priorities. Sessions teach the execution; ongoing review keeps the plan responsive and progressive.

Who it is for

For women who want to be coached as a whole person.

This is likely for you if…

  • You want to become strong, capable and confident—not simply exhausted after every session.
  • You value expert feedback and want to understand how to train well.
  • You are returning after injury, pregnancy, time away or a difficult experience with fitness.
  • You are navigating cycle changes, perimenopause, low energy, endometriosis, hypermobility or another consideration that generic plans ignore.
  • You can train consistently in West or South West London.

This is probably not for you if…

  • You want random workouts, maximum soreness or a coach who uses shame as motivation.
  • You are looking for a rapid crash transformation or guaranteed result by a fixed date.
  • You want a generic session with no assessment, progression or reasoning attached.
  • West or South West London is not realistic for regular training—online coaching will be the stronger route.

Questions

Before you apply.

Where in London do sessions take place?

Coaching is focused on West and South West London. Exact venue options depend on the coaching format, schedule and current capacity, so they are confirmed after the application.

How do I choose between 1:1 and small group?

Choose 1:1 if you want maximum individual attention, privacy or have a more complex starting point. Small group suits people who enjoy shared energy and can work well in a session of no more than three. Your application and call will clarify the best fit.

Can I start if I am a complete beginner?

Yes. You do not need to arrive fit or technically confident. Coaching meets you at your current level and teaches the foundations properly.

Can you work with an injury or health condition?

Often, yes—within a coach’s professional scope. The application helps identify whether in-person coaching is appropriate and whether input or clearance from a qualified healthcare professional is needed. Coaching does not replace medical care.

What if I live outside the area?

Use the online coaching route. It applies the same assessment, programming, review and education-first method without requiring regular travel to West or South West London.

What happens after I apply?

I review your answers personally. If the location, goals, timing and coaching format look aligned, you receive an invitation to a discovery call. There is no obligation to join.

The next step

Train with more clarity, more confidence and a plan that knows where it is going.
